1. What, exactly, is 3D Game Box?
Only the greatest party experiences ever! Specifically, 3D Game Box Mobile
Video Game Theater (MVGT) is 24ft trailer outfitted with the latest video
game technology that comes directly to your event. The air conditioned,
limousine style luxury interior features four 42″ LCD screens and 12 linked
multi-player stations. It’s all equipped with the latest and most popular
games from: Halo, Rock Band, Call of Duty, Guitar Hero, Wii Sports, Mario
Kart, Super Smash Bros, Sonic, Madden, NBA Live, Just Dance, Baja Racing and
much more!

2. How many players can play at once?
3D Game Box Video Game Theater features 12 player stations inside.

3. What do parents have to do during the party?
Adults are free to join in the fun, but no adult supervision is required!
Each party is hosted by a 3D Game Box Game Tech whose job is to share expert
gaming tips, motivate, and supervise the play.

4. Is there an age limit?
3D Game Box welcomes players of all ages; however, players 6 years and under
must be accompanied by at least one (1) adult or the game tech while inside
the theater.

5. What is your refund/cancellation policy?
3D Game Box reservations operate much like hotel room reservations. If you
cancel your party with less than 3 days notice, a $75 cancellation fee will
be charged. No shows: when 3D Game Box arrives to deliver our service and
you are not at the delivery address, you will be charged for the full event.
There are no refunds for services performed. If we are unable to deliver
service, there is no charge.

6. How much parking space is needed?
3D Game Box Video Game Theater and hauling truck requires approximately 50
feet of space (about 6 parking spaces). The theater and truck, while they
may block your driveway, will fit in front of most residential homes.

7. What about bad weather?
3D Game Box was designed for all weather temperatures. The theater is
insulated and climate controlled. We are typically able to provide our
services year round. However, in the event of severe weather (snow storms,
high winds, lightening, thunder, flooding and/or heavy rains), we may (and
reserve the right to) reschedule your service to guarantee the safety of
you, your guests, our staff and equipment.
